Five Charged In Oswego Meth Lab Bust

On Thursday, January 12, shortly before 1 p.m., investigators with the Oswego County Drug Task Force, went to 264 George Washington Blvd. (apt B), Oswego, in conjunction with an ongoing methamphetamine investigation. Shortly upon arrival, investigators determined that methamphetamine was allegedly in the process of being manufactured by the occupants of apartment B.

On Jan. 11 at 2:50 p.m., Victorio A. Colon, 20, of Fulton; Luis A. Delgado, 18, of Fulton and Marta J. Nolen, 34, of Fulton, were all arrested for third-degree burglary, a class D felony; fourth-degree grand larceny, a class E felony; fifth-degree conspiracy, a class A misdemeanor and fourth-degree conspiracy, a class E felony.
