The presentations touched on job training, mentoring, family focused programming, juvenile justice services, recreation, health/mental health and much more.
By a 4-3 vote the board approves a five-year deal with the Oswego Classroom Teachers’ Association, which includes a 4% raise each year. The three opponents say they voted no because they didn’t have all their questions regarding the pact answered.
