The amendments would make it easier for the city to fine violators. One change would be to waive the third letter notice of violation. An appearance ticket can be issued if there have been two previous violations. Fines could range from $100 to $250.

Two local young women are sharing their love of horses with others this week and again in August. The next session of the Bits and Pieces Horseback Riding Camp will be held on Monday.
