Mayor Tom Gillen’s complete 2013 State of the City address

The Port City has weathered the recent recession. And, there were some casualities, the mayor said. Oswego offers the location and resources that will play a major role in the economic development of Central New York as well as the entire region, he reported in his 2013 State of the City address Monday night.

Mayor Thomas W. Gillen has announced the suspension of the alternate side winter parking restrictions, effective Tuesday, March 12, at 12:01 a.m.
