Second Ward Councilor Mike Myers headed up the tour of several neighborhoods in his ward, on the north and south side of Bridge Street. City officials found some properties that might be a little questionable. But, they also saw some very well cared for homes.

Sheriff’s deputies have charged a Parish resident with allegedly making methamphetamine. At 12:07 a.m. today (May 1), Jonathan B. Rabb, 35, of 1392 County Route 26, Parish, was arrested at his residence for third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, a class D felony.

UPDATE:  Missing person, Cassandra “Sandy” Phillips, was located this morning (May 1) by a passing motorist, who stopped to assist Ms. Phillips after she was observed walking along CR 28, cold and wet from the rain. Members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office are attempting to locate 36-year-old Cassandra “Sandy” Phillips of Canastota.
