On Tuesday, the Oswego City Police Department received a complaint of an alleged sexual assault. An investigation was conducted and on Thursday, Roderick C. Matott, 56, of 112 ½ E. Oneida St., Oswego, was arrested and charged with the following: Rape in the 1st degree- by forcible compulsion- Class B Felony and Rape in the 2nd degree, Actor more than 18 years old and victim under 15 years of age- Class D Felony.
