Students at Altmar-Parish-Williamstown held an art and music showcase where student work lined hallways and was on display in several rooms around the Junior/Senior High School. Musical performances were held in the cafeteria where visitors could sit and listen to the many talented performers before and after viewing the artwork.
Bishop Commons Enriched Living Residence in Oswego is hosting the next in a series of educational programs presented by the Alzheimer’s Association entitled, “Legal and Financial Planning.” The series will be held on June 12 and 19 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.

At approximately 4:10 pm Sunday, the New York State Police and Oswego County Sheriff’s Department responded to 63 County Route 32 in Hastings for the report of a suicidal subject. Upon their arrival, a shot was fired from the residence.
Authorities are investigating a drowning on Kasoag Lake. At about 1:10 a.m. today (May 25), members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office responded to Kasoag Lake in the town of Williamstown on a report of a possible drowning.
All Oswego County government offices will be closed Monday, May 27, for Memorial Day.
SUNY Oswego’s Leave Green sale, continuing 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday in the Campus Center’s Swetman Gymnasium, takes days of collecting students’ donated food (already given to area food pantries), clothing, electronics, books and other goods, followed by more days for setup.
