The meeting is open to all community members and volunteers interested in joining the non-profit organization’s continued efforts to provide financial assistance to APW high school students pursuing higher education.

Shortly after noon on April 18, with the sun near its peak for the day, electricians from Solar Liberty Energy Systems of Buffalo, threw a small switch in the back corner of a mechanical room at the Oswego County Health Complex in Oswego. Power harnessed from the sun then began to off-set the county’s electrical needs in that building.
Celebrating its 60th year, the Fulton Elks will launch the spring carnival season with their 60th Annual May Day Celebration and Bike Giveaway on May 4 and 5. The festival includes live entertainment, food, music, dancing, midway rides, concessions and games, activities and more on both days.
