Project Lifesaver Receives Donatation From Oswego County Deputies Association

The Oswego County Deputies Association recently donated $500 to Project Lifesaver (PLS) in Oswego County. The contribution will be used to acquire new transmitter bracelets, batteries and receivers for the program. PLS assists in the location of people who wander due to cognitive conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease, Down syndrome, dementia, and autism. At hand for the presentation were, from left, John Familo, senior telecommunicator, Oswego County E-911 Center; Deputy Kristy Crast, Oswego County Sheriff’s Department; Deputy Robert Ramsey, president of the Oswego County Deputies Association , Oswego County Sheriff’s Department; and Michael Allen, director of the Oswego County E-911 Program.The contribution will be used to acquire new transmitter bracelets, batteries and receivers for the program.
