Charles and Darlene Liberti of Fulton are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Kimberly Liberti to Alan France both of Fulton.
Helen J. “La” Babcock, 86, a resident of W. Oneida St. Oswego, passed away November 2, 2011 at the Oswego Hospital.
Physician Assistant Dan Birklin has joined Orthopedic Surgeon Shawn Mills, MD., and the Advanced Orthopedic Group, located in the Oswego Health Services Center (HSC), adjacent to Oswego Hospital.
Today (Nov. 2), the Fulton Police Department arrested Charles D. Fitzgerald, the owner of The 420 Emporium, 105 E. Broadway. He was arrested and charged with 47 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree, which is a Class D Felony.

On Tuesday investigators from the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office arrested John F. Pendall Jr. of Fulton, for Vehicular Manslaughter, Second Degree, a Class D felony; Manslaughter, Second Degree and other charges in connection with the crash that claimed his father’s life.
