Jerry Bisgrove of Arizona and Jack Bisgrove of Auburn, N.Y., principals of the Stardust Foundation and the Stardust Foundation of Central New York, will be recognized with the 2011 Council for Resource Development (CRD) Benefactor Award at a banquet on Friday, November 11, 2011, during the CRD Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
Sally A. D’Amico, 76, a resident of Oswego, passed away October 23, 2011 at the Oswego Hospital.
Jane A. Kabat, 92; formerly of Fulton died Sunday, October 23d at Hamilton Manor Nursing Home, Rochester, NY.
Marian Ferris, 73; of Fulton died Monday, October 17th at Oswego Hospital.
