AmeriCorps Week spans from March 10 through 18 and serves as a time to recognize members and volunteers for their service and impact on the local community.

For Czyz, her AmeriCorps experience has provided her with an opportunity to work with the Migrant Education Outreach Program at OCB.

She serves in a variety of capacities for the program; performing general office duties, coordinating events, and working with tutors on in-home visits and curriculum development.

The display board that she and Gugel are working on above includes information AmeriCorps and her service to the local community and is currently on display at Oswego County BOCES.

For more information about the Migrant Education Outreach Program visit www.OswegoBOCES.org or call (315) 963-4265.
