Erin Lohnas will begin holding workshops on using 3D printers next month. These workshops will include allowing patrons to see how the software Cura works and interacts with the printer (the library has a Lulzbot Mini 3D Printer), along with printing demonstrations and tutorials on how to use them safely.

On April 29, Paws Across Oswego County will hold its 13th annual open house at Paws & Effect in Oswego. In 2009, the Mount Adnah Preservation Foundation, Inc., established the Memorial Brick Walkway at the site of the former Case Memorial Chapel in Mount Adnah Cemetery, on East Broadway, in Fulton. There are now 287 inscribed memorial bricks in the walkway.
Jill Zampogna Abbott announces the celebration of one year owning Uniforms Etc. She purchased Uniforms Etc. LLC, early spring 2017. Zamp Marketing LLC. now Zamp Marketing LLC., DBA Uniforms Etc. made the purchase from John McGraw. Uniforms Etc. has been in operation since 1995.
Oswego Health announces its rescheduled Healthy You event, which will focus on how women can remain heart healthy. It will be a night of education, wellness and fun on May 9 at GS Steamers, 70 E. First St.. The event was originally planned in February, but due to inclement weather it was postponed until May.
Now in its tenth year, the mural project is a youth-focused initiative, with the design and implementation directed by local youth with the support of the city of Oswego, the Oswego City-County Youth Bureau, and Oswego AmeriCorps. The murals are located on West Linear Park along the river near the Utica Street Bridge and are designed and created by local students. Painting will begin over summer vacation.
