After presenting the city proclamation to resident council president Helen Yonkers, Mayor Barlow spent time with a large group of residents discussing topics ranging from city government to answering questions from residents wondering what motivated him to get involved in politics and to seek the office of mayor.
The new play is by Michael Nupuf and Laura Lourie and directed by Inez Parker. Auditions will be held at the Church of the Resurrection where the play will be performed as dinner theater on Oct. 21 and 22.
The Fulton Lions Club has announced that it will host “The Mane Event” comedy night with nationally known comedians Tony Deyo and Dan Mahoney, Oct. 14 at 8 p.m. at the Fulton Polish Home. All proceeds benefit the club’s “H” and Mary Dowd Scholarship Fund.
