He has a dog house and he goes in there when it’s really awful out but mostly he just sits there in the yard. I called the dog control officer for my town and she said there is nothing she can do as long as the dog house is adequate and it is.
The Oswego High School Interact Club recently collected and donated more than 200 cold weather items of clothing for the Victory Transformation Center. Items including coats, hats, mittens, scarves, and gloves, will be provided to members of the local community that are in need. Interact Club is affiliated with Rotary International and seeks to promote community service and pride among high school students.

Last weekend the Oswego State men’s and women’s ice hockey teams hosted its annual Holiday Skate to help benefit SEFA/United Way at the Marano Campus Center Arena. Both squads helped during two sessions, with one running from 1-2 p.m. and the other going from 3-4 p.m.

The Phoenix Community Band recently performed its annual Christmas concert before a packed crowd at John C. Birdlebough High School. Led by Director David Frateschi, a Phoenix Central School District music teacher, the band performed several festive songs to the pleasure of many Phoenix community members.
Members of the Oswego High School Interact Club recently assisted the Sunrise Rotary Club with its annual spaghetti dinner fundraiser held at The Oswego Tea Company. Students, working with Rotary members, took part in all aspects of the event, including ticket sales, preparation, cooking, serving and cleanup.
