Harvest Dinner and Bazaar Set In Fulton
State Street United Methodist Church will be holding its annual harvest dinner and bazaar on November 1. The dinner, which will run from 4-7 p.m., will include turkey, all the trimmings, dessert and beverage.

On November 1, the AO of Hibernians in Oswego will host the Paws-of-Plenty Harvest Dinner. The dinner will begin at 1 p.m. and will end when all dinners are sold. In addition to dinner, items from Oswego local businesses will be raffled off and there will be baked goods for sale at the desert table. Tickets are $10 for a turkey or ham dinner either dine-in or carry-out on the day of the event.
The Fulton Elks Lodge BPOE 830, 57 Pierce Drive, will hold its annual Fall Fest on October 18 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. The annual fest is a fundraiser for the Community Youth Fund, Cereralpolys Foundation, Soccer Shoot Out and Hoop Shoot Out. There will be fun for the entire family.
So, I was out walking my little dog, Toto, the other day (Yes, I know, but he came with that name.) and we were walking for a couple of minutes, then running for a couple of minutes and generally having a good time, when some lady came up to me and started to yell at me about being mean to Toto by making him run.

A breakfast buffet sponsored by the Oswego High School Lady Buccaneer Softball Parents Association and hosted by the members and staff at the Masonic Lodge will be held at the lodge, 765 E. Seneca St., on October 19 from 8 a.m. until noon. The cost of the breakfast is $7 for adults, $6 for children ages 6-12, kids under 6 eat free.
Family Academy: Helping Your Child UPK – Grade 6 with Writing and Math will be held October 15 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the Education Center, 167 S. Fourth St. Fulton City School District’s commitment to parent engagement is hosting a Family Academy Fun Night for the whole family. Children ages 4 and up are invited to join the Fulton City School District’s UPK teachers and staff in the gym for games, crafts, refreshments, and a special visit from Mother Goose.
