Fulton Rotarians Updated On Peru Power Project

Tom Decker is a student at the Syracuse Environmental Science and Forestry School and is working towards his Environmental Engineering degree. Tom received a Paul Harris Award at a Rotary district conference for his work in the rural Andean mountains of Peru. He spoke to the Fulton Rotarians about his project to electrify a small village of 30 homes in Peru.
