Fairgrieve Elementary School recognized students during a special morning express ceremony for modeling the district’s behavioral expectations for the month of May. The Fulton City School District’s Behavioral Expectations are: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe and Be A Problem Solver.

Staff and friends of the Oswego County Department of Social Services gathered to show their support for one of Oswego County’s most vital agencies, United Way, as they participated in the Fourth Annual DSS Spring Bowling Fling. Held recently at Lakeview Lanes in Fulton, the DSS employee bowl-a-thon raised more than $870 in support of United Way.

The Oswego Public Library’s Learning Center will offer a Computer Tune-Up workshop on June 24. This class is free and runs from 10 a.m. to noon
The Oswego County Health Department offers a variety of services to all residents of Oswego County, including preventive health services, certified home health care, long-term home health care, certified hospice, and a maternal and child health program.
The course is scheduled to begin June 16. The classes will be held at Oswego Falls Business Center, 163 S. First St., Fulton, from 6 to 9:30 p.m., June 16 through 20 and June 21, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The 32nd Annual Academic Awards Night was held recently at G. Ray Bodley High School. The prestigious ceremony recognized students in grades nine through twelve for outstanding scholastic achievement and excellence throughout the academic school year.
The year-end awards ceremony, sponsored by the Fulton Athletic Booster Club, provided coaches, parents and district representatives with an opportunity to honor 88 seniors who represented the school well on the field of play and in the classroom.
