Literacy Volunteers of Oswego County is proud to announce that its latest tutor classes graduated on May 6. Some have already started tutoring Oswego County adults. LVOC tutors complete an orientation and 9 hours of training which includes how to teach adults basic literacy skills.

SUNY Oswego’s first local environmental competition will send one young scientist from Paul V. Moore High School in Central Square and two from Fulton’s G. Ray Bodley High School to the GENIUS Olympiad finals in June at the college.

Each month the Fulton Noon Rotary Club invites two Fulton High School seniors to lunch. Rotarian Judy Young introduced Katelyn Caza and Alexis Pawlewicz at a recent meeting. The students are presented a certificate acknowledging their hard work during their four years in high school.
