Working in collaboration with United Way, other area school districts and more than 20 business and organizations, the annual Stuff-A-Bus campaign collects donations of school supplies for distribution to less fortunate students throughout Oswego County.
Several area residents are among nearly 50 college and university students taking part in hands-on learning in SUNY Oswego’s Global Laboratory network at science labs around the world in July.
Oswego Health, which co-sponsors the annual Harborfest Children’s Parade, has invited the Silver Knights to walk in the parade to promote healthy habits and good nutrition. The parade will begin at 9:45 a.m. in West Park and ends Breitbeck Park.

The financial wellness program entitled “Money Smart” is being offered for the first time at the Brewerton Public Library at 5437 Library Street in Brewerton, New York.
