A 730-hour evening Certified Medical Assistant program and a 395-hour evening Certified Administrative Health Assistant Program are now available for adult learners who have been displaced, are considering a career change, interested in re-entering the workforce or who are looking to increase their employability.
The following area students have recently graduated from Utica College in Utica.
Kindergarten through grade four students volunteer to participate in and create a project for the Parish Elementary School’s Learning Fair.
Children in grades 2 through 12 and invited to enjoy breakfast and a movie as part of Fulton CYO’s Pajama Party. Scheduled for Saturday, the CYO Pajama Party will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. at the CYO facilities at Catholic Charities of Oswego County, 365 W. First St.

The Fair Haven Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its Second Annual May Festival in the Village Park in downtown Fair Haven on Saturday. It begins at 11a.m. It will be a festival that celebrates spring, good health, nature, and all that is connected to May.

Once a month, New York Sea Grant Coastal Recreation and Tourism Specialist Dave White and boating industry professionals will offer New York’s resident and visiting boaters information and tips to enhance their boating experience on New York’s diverse waters.
The Hannibal Historical Society will meet on May 21 at 7 p.m. at the Community Center on Oswego Street in Hannibal for a business meeting, including the election of officers.
The program will also institute further changes such as expanding access to investment options for potential investors, as announced by the State Comptroller recently.
