Oswego County Opportunities’ Senior Nutrition Services recently celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Older Americans Act that promotes the health and well-being of older individuals through access to nutrition and support of congregate dining centers.

On May 29 at 6:30 p.m., the Fulton YMCA will be offering a “Wills Clinic” designed to answer questions the public might have about wills and end of life decisions from the point of view of an accountant, a lawyer and a financial advisor.
