The Children’s Board of Oswego’s hanging basket fundraiser is under way. Choose from seven beautiful varieties of hanging baskets: Superbells, Impatiens, Boston Fern,  Supertunias, Ivy Geraniums, Fuchsia and Zebra Plant. Orders are due by April 30 and all orders arrive May 11; just in time for Mothers Day.
