Lakeside Artisans announces its two newest members: stained glass artist Cathy Pence and turned wood artisan John Ruttan.

The program is open to all high school students in Oswego County. Preference is given to those entering their freshman or sophomore year who have shown leadership potential and a desire to learn.

The Pulaski Public Library annual book sale will be 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 26, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 27 and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 28. Snow Memorial Building Auditorium, 4917 N. Jefferson St., Pulaski.

There will be a bingo marathon on June 3 at the American Legion Post 358, 3350 Maple Ave. Pulaski. The marathon will benefit: Friends of the Pulaski Public Library.

The Family Education and Partnership program invites parents who have a child with a metal health diagnosis to attend a parent educational group on April 26 from 5  – 6:30 p.m. at Catholic Charities of Oswego County, 365 W. First St.

The senator was instrumental in securing HEAL grant money through the Department of Health to assist in the remodeling of the facility.

A leading national advocate of science, technology, engineering and math education will encourage SUNY Oswego graduates of all majors to continue pursuing discovery and innovation as alumni when she speaks May 11 at the college’s Commencement Eve festivities.

The fourth and final Oswego County Academic Youth (OCAY) League competition of the 2011-12 school year took place on Friday, April 13th and was a fright-inspired artistic and creative writing challenge.

Oswego Opportunities Crisis & Development Services’ Street Outreach and Youth 4 Youth programs have collaborated with the Fulton YMCA to offer area youth a fun and unique evening of entertainment.
