Designed to assist with the coordination of services, consumers meet regularly with their case manager to discuss their needs and establish a service plan that will address their unique situation.

The National Committee for Quality Assurances announced that Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. has received Level III (highest) Recognition from the Physician Practice Connections – Patient Centered Medical Home program for using evidenced-based, patient-centered processes that focus on highly coordinated care and long-term participative relationships.

The following students received academic honors from the Harpur College of Arts and Sciences at Binghamton University:

“Gender, Justice and STEM” (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) will explore how feminism and the STEM disciplines intersect to enrich understanding of the natural and social world. Community members are invited, but need to pre-register.

The 31st Annual Fulton Service Clubs’ Memorial Day Salute Parade is scheduled for May 26 at 10 a.m. The parade theme this year is “America……Worth Fighting For.” This year they are pleased to announce the participation of B104.

Christopher M. Mohr of Pennellville, received academic honors from the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science at Binghamton University by making the University’s Dean’s List for the Fall 2011 semester.

Rice Creek Rambles, free naturalist-led walks, will take place six Saturdays in April and May at SUNY Oswego’s Rice Creek Field Station off Thompson Road, south of State Route 104.

In an effort to increase support for its 2011 / 2012 Annual Campaign, and create additional excitement for in-house employee campaigns, the United Way offered special prizes as an incentive for supporting the United Way’s campaign.

RSVP, spearheading the effort to recruit volunteers on behalf of the city of Oswego and SUNY Oswego, urges all city and campus residents, young and old, businesses and school groups, to participate in cleaning up the east and west Oswego River walks and the Lake Ontario shoreline within the city limits.
