The Oswego County Real Property Tax Service will sell at least eight parcels of tax delinquent properties at 11 a.m. Nov. 14, in the Oswego County Legislative Chambers on the fourth floor of the County Office Building, 46 E. Bridge St., Oswego.

In recognition of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Cancer Services Program of the North Country, in collaboration with OCO Reproductive Health Services, will recognize Women’s Health Day with an open house at the Fulton Health Center, 522 S. Fourth St., Suite 500, in Fulton on October 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Derek Caramella, of Oswego, was one of 49 students inducted into Phi Eta Sigma, the International Honor Society rewarding first-collegiate-year scholarship

The Oswego Music Hall of Fame will take place October 21 at The American Foundry, 246 W. Seneca St. The event begins at 2 p.m. with a performance by Oswego rockers F5. The official ceremonies will begin at 3 p.m. with the induction of the award winners.

At this meeting, the principals from each school will introduce their new teachers.

Oswego County Opportunities Development Coordinator Bridget Dolbear has announced that National Grid has signed on as a Gold Level sponsor for OCO’s “Giving Thanks” fundraiser. The event will be held November 2, from 6 to 9 p.m., at the Lake Ontario Convention, Event and Conference Center in Oswego.
