STARTALK is a language program funded by the National Security Agency. The National Foreign Language Center at the University of Maryland provides subject matter expertise.

An informal tasting was held on June 13 at the Oswego County Regional Market and featured four municipal water districts. The town of Richland won the competition to earn the title of Oswego County’s best-tasting drinking water.
