Hannibal High School recognizes top students for the third marking period
Race car driver James Babcock, a competitor in the Oswego Speedway SBS division, presented Carolyn Handville, coordinator of Oswego County Opportunities’ Cancer Services Program, with a donation of $300 in memory of his late wife, Jeannine Babcock, who passed away from breast cancer eight years ago.
