Artist of Mohawk heritage to explore cultural boundaries in Tyler exhibition
SUNY Oswego will showcase the work of Hannah Claus, a Canadian artist of Mohawk heritage, in a free exhibition to open Sept. 7, at Tyler Art Gallery. A public artist’s reception will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the gallery. Though Claus cannot attend, SUNY Oswego art historian Dr. Lisa Seppi, curator of the exhibition, will speak.

A Godspell Reunion at CNY Arts
Two of Oswego County’s veteran actors, Kristin Cook and Bobby Fontana, return to the stage to recreate their roles in Godspell from a previous 2007 performance under the direction of Nancy Fox when fellow actor Dan Williams portrayed Jesus.
Fulton Community Theater To Audition Halloween, Christmas Productions
Fulton Community Theatre will hold open auditions for its Halloween and Christmas productions, which will close out its 2012 season. Auditions will be held on Aug. 20 and 21, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the Bishop’s Hall of Holy Trinity Parish, 309 Buffalo St.
