Classified to Perform at Jazz Fest in Fulton
Formed in the early 90’s the band brought together a number of talented Central New York musicians who had performed with some of the top acts in the area. The collective resume of the members was so long that it looked like a ‘classified’ ad, as a result the name Classified stuck and the band began its mission of EOE, equal opportunity entertainment for all.
The Fort Ontario Festival of the Arts Offers a Wide Variety of Visual and Performance Art
The festival was originally conceived as a showcase for visual artists to have a venue to display and sell their work on the grounds surrounding Fort Ontario State Historic Site. The idea has since blossomed into a full-fledged community festival encompassing many different media with interesting things to do for the whole family.
Silver-based Photo Exhibition Opens At Art Association Gallery
The Art Association of Oswego announces the opening of two new exhibitions on Saturday, August 22 at the Oswego Civic Arts Center. Opening in the Timothy McHenry gallery on the Art Center’s second floor will be Travels in Silver, an exhibition of traditional silver-based photography by two Central New York photographers, Peter Mahan and Yolanda Tooley. This exhibition will showcase memorable images culled from their travels, presented in black and white.

We will also discuss how you can make your landscape friendly for these unique creatures. The program is ideal for kids with a parent as well as anyone with an interest in herpetology, the study of reptiles and amphibians.
Jazz Fest Brings Nancy Kelly to Fulton
One of Central New York’s premier jazz vocalists, Nancy Kelly will showcase her unique vocal style with a free, live performance beginning at 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 8th during Fulton’s Jazz Fest.
