Hundreds of Laker student-athletes take part in an annual day of service by SUNY Oswego's 24 intercollegiate teams. Student-athletes again plan to rake leaves for senior citizens within the city of Oswego on Nov. 6. In its 12th year at SUNY Oswego, the project is part of an annual statewide community-service project by Student-Athlete Advisory Council chapters at some SUNY Athletic Conference colleges. SAAC’s mission is to generate a student-athlete voice among Oswego’s intercollegiate teams and to enhance school spirit within athletics.

The Oswego County Historical Society proudly celebrates the 75th anniversary of the historic landmark Oswego Theatre. The annual classic movie night will feature "Casablanca" on October 13. Prior to the movie will be a special addition of a short film of the United Nations Week newsreel that took place in Oswego in 1943. Historical Society Classic Movie Night To Feature Oswego History

The Oswego County Historical Society is proudly celebrating the 75th anniversary of the historic landmark Oswego Theatre, which opened it doors in January of 1941. A classic movie night showing the popular film “Casablanca” will be featured on October 13 at 7 p.m. in the Oswego Theatre located at 138 W. Second St.
