SUNY Oswego art exhibitions to explore Dust Bowl, water
SUNY Oswego will open two exhibitions, one focused on rural hardships during the Dust Bowl and Depression, the other on sculpture inspired by water, on Sept. 6, in Tyler Art Gallery. Both exhibitions, “The Era of the Dust Bowl,” in conjunction with the college’s Oswego Reading Initiative, and an installation titled “Ebb & Flow,” will run through Oct. 5 in the gallery in Tyler Hall.
