Oswego County STOP-DWI Program Coordinator Robert Lighthall announced today that Oswego County police agencies will participate in a special enforcement effort to crackdown on impaired driving. The statewide STOP-DWI Crackdown efforts start on July 3 and will end on July 8.
What Do Your Words Say About You? is the latest class for young writers being offered by the Fulton Public Library. For youth ages 8 through 13, the week-long program will feature fun and engaging activities for those who love to write and want to improve their skills. The program will take place at the library from July 29 through August 2 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. daily.

The annual Ducks over the Dam race will be held this Sunday, July 7, at the Mill Street pond in Hannibal, following the concert in the park. The winner of the race (first duck over the dam) receives $1,000. The race raises money for Hannibal Dollars for Scholars.

The Club House Tavern, in Oswego and Eagle Beverage have joined together to cook up an idea to benefit United Way of Greater Oswego County’s annual Stuff-a-Bus campaign.
On July 27 from 8 a.m. – noon, The Club House Tavern will host a free breakfast. The Stuff-A-Bus Campaign helps provides area youth in need with the supplies they need to begin the school year.
