Today (May 4), at approximately 5:40 a.m., investigators with the Oswego County Drug Task Force in conjunction with the New York State Police Special Operations Response Team and Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team executed a methamphetamine related search warrant at 2201 County Route 37 in the town of Hastings.
At 5:45 p.m. Tuesday (May 3), Adam M. Wheeler, 20, of 106 Leitch St., Fulton, was arrested for first-degree disseminating indecent material to minors, a class D felony; promoting sexual performance by a child, a class D felony; and use of a child in a sexual performance, a class E felony.

On May 2 State Police stopped a vehicle in Schroeppel for a traffic violation. Investigation at the scene revealed the operator, John F. Doyle, 40, and passenger, Tanya L. Doyle, 35, both of Pennellville, were both in violation of valid stay-away orders of protection between them.
On April 29, at 4 p.m., State Police responded to WalMart on State Route 3 in the town of Granby for a larceny complaint. Upon arrival troopers were informed by Asset Protection staff that a male and female entered the store, selected more than $500 worth of electronics, and left the store without rendering payment.
On Sunday (May 1), at approximately 5:33 p.m., State Police in Fulton responded to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on County Route 8 in the town of Granby. Investigation at the scene revealed a tan minivan traveling northbound on County Route 8 crossed the center line, side-swiping a vehicle traveling southbound.

The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office released the name of the victim who was killed in Friday’s logging accident in the town of Lysander. Deputies identified the victim as 55-year-old Scott Freeman of Hannibal.
The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office investigated a logging accident that occurred today (April 29) off Prine Road in the town of Lysander that claimed the life of a 55-year-old man. At approximately 3:10 p.m., sheriff’s deputies along with emergency medical personnel responded to 9171 Prine Road for a reported logging accident.
