On September 18, State Police in Fulton arrested Crystal M. West, 30, from Central Square, for one count of Criminal Sex Act 2nd, two counts of Sexual Abuse 3rd and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. West is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a 14-year-old girl on more than occasion in the towns of Hastings and Mexico.

A search warrant was executed on the residence of Earl J. Ouderkirk, 42, and Jennifer L. Pollock, 40, in the town of Granby following an investigation conducted by the Oswego County Drug Task Force, the Fulton City Police Department, and the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department. The couple was arrested on Monday (October 6) after a search warrant conducted on their residence on September 30 resulted in the recovery of 14 marihuana plants and other processed marihuana, police said.
