Pulling into the platforms just in time for the holidays, the Oswego Valley Railroad Association’s 32nd annual Holiday Express model train show. Located at the Fulton War Memorial, everything train related could be enjoyed here over the weekend. From antique model locomotives traveling through scenic backdrops, to steam blowers, Lego trains, Thomas the Train and memorabilia, the Holiday Express was sure to impress.
Parents of Special Children, Inc., held its second annual AIM High night and open house last month at its new office location. The agency, located in Fulton, recently moved into a larger suite to accommodate its growing programs. PSC is a non-profit agency, funded through the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, Family Support Services, private donations and local fundraising events.
On Friday, Michelle C. Capozzi, 43 of North Fifth Street in Fulton, was arrested following an investigation into a domestic dispute that occurred on November 2 between Capozzi and her boyfriend. Capozzi was charged with second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class D felonies.

Mayor Woodward proclaimed Oswego County Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Fund drive season would run November 15 through December 24 this year. The mayor added that he will be one of the volunteer bell ringers. Alderman Alan Emerich reminded everyone to remember to be kind to those in the community and show gratitude in action by extending a hand to those less fortunate.
