Oswego County Launches Chronic Disease Self-Management Program

The Oswego County Health Department joined with OCO Rural Health Network of Oswego County to present a six-week program for those managing chronic disease. The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program was developed by Stanford University Patient Education Research Center and promoted nationwide as an evidence-based program.

Fulton Resident to Host Fundraiser for Catholic Charities

For more information on the event, call Kimball at 315-592-7008.Chelsea Kimball, a young mother of three, is determined to help create a bright future for her hometown of Fulton and all of Oswego County. While her husband is on active duty with the National Guard, Chelsea, along with her children has been busy volunteering to clean parks and other areas in the county.  It’s her way to give back to the community and show her children the importance of caring for the community they live in.
