State Police in Fulton are investigating a personal injury accident that occurred at approximately 10:15 a.m. Tuesday on State Route 3 in the town of Hannibal. The driver was taken to Oswego Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, troopers said.

The Chronic Disease Self-Management Program was developed by Stanford University Patient Education Research Center and promoted nationwide as an evidence-based program.
