At about 10:52 a.m. Thursday, the Fulton Police responded to the K-mart store located at 41 Riverglen Plaza, to investigate the report of an elderly male who exposed his genitals to two small children. The responding officers, acting on information from store employees, located the suspect at the Dollar Tree store next to K-mart.
