Fulton firefighters will no longer respond to non-emergency medical calls.

Mayor Ron Woodward sent a letter to Oswego County’s E-911 Administrator in February to ask that the city fire department be removed from the list of agencies that will respond to what are called Alpha Level EMS Calls.

State Police in Hastings arrested 43 year-old, Rebecca Gribbon, of 43 State Route 49 in Cleveland, for Grand Larceny 3rd degree, a class “D” felony.

Three people riding in the bed of a pickup truck were injured Monday night. The driver is facing several charges following the crash in which the three passengers were ejected from the bed of the vehicle.

No matter what happens in November’s elections, Bill Owens will no longer be Oswego County’s representative in Congress.

That’s because a federal magistrate’s plan to redraw district lines across the state has taken Oswego County out of Owens’ district and split it between two other members of Congress.

State Police in Hastings are investigating a car/motorcycle personal injury motor vehicle accident which occurred shortly after 3 p.m. on Monday at the intersection of State Route 49 and Whig Hill Road in the Town of West Monroe.
