Administrator Geri Geitner recently told the Board of Education that 75 students qualify as homeless at the moment.

UPDATED: According to Fulton’s weather observer, the city received no rain on Feb. 13. But it is headed this way, followed by colder temperatures and a bit more snow. In Oswego, this winter has cracked the top 20 snowiest winters list.
