Fulton Native Killed in Action in Iraq

Sgt. Keith Coe, in a photo from the Facebook site set up as a  tribute to him.

Fulton native Sgt. Keith Coe died April 27 in Iraq from wounds suffered in an explosion, the U.S. Army reports.

Coe, 30, lived in Fulton through the 10th grade, then moved to Florida.

Fulton PD Unveils Redesigned Website With New Features

The new site has a more modern and uniform look to it. The new available features such as the current weather, events calendar and the ability to show picture slide shows and video is a tremendous advantage. Many features have been added, such as the ability to print handicapped and local parking permit applications as well as other forms, an expanded wanted section and an easier to read press release section.

Athletes Take On Their Coaches in Fundraiser to Fight Cancer, Embrace Family

Student athletes took on coaches in a series of sports competitions Thursday night in Fulton in which the only loser was cancer.

The event raised money for the Golisano Children’s Hospital at University Hospital in Syracuse, but its real purpose was to recognize the damage cancer has done to young people and to wrap the community’s arms around one of its best-known families.

RaiderNet Daily: Coaches vs. Kids vs. Cancer

Students take on coaches tonight, and everyone’s taking on cancer.  The 7 pm event in the G. Ray Bodley High School gym will raise money for the Golisano Children’s Hospital, which has helped three Bodley students fight cancer.  Also today, another great performance by the members of the Future Business Leaders of America club.
