According to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, the man involved in the fatal single-car crash early Saturday morning in Lysander has been identified as Kyle Rossetti, 38, of Phoenix.

On Friday (July 19) Oswego County District Attorney Gregory Oakes announced that the NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision has denied parole to Peter Rauch. After Rauch was sentenced in November of 2017, Oakes criticized the New York State Legislature for failing to enact tougher laws that would allow for longer sentences for DWI fatalities.
