Toni Lynn Krupa, 26, of Fulton, was arrested on October 3, following an investigation by the Oswego County Drug Task Force, the Fulton City Police and the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team.
The arrests stem from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the town of Hastings on that same day, when they reportedly unlawfully entered a construction business by crashing a vehicle into a door to gain entry, causing damage to the building, then allegedly stole items from within.
Although pumpkins can grow to 2,000 pounds these days, it takes a lot of hard work and some luck to produce an award-winner, according to competitors at the 22nd annual Oswego Great Pumpkin Festival. At about 12:45 p.m. today (October 4), the New York State Police in Fulton were dispatched to a residence on Phinney Road in the town of Granby for a 911 call of a burglary in progress. A female resident had returned home and discovered that 3 males had broken into her residence and were attempting to steal property, troopers said.
