Oswego Considers Tanking Riley Water Tower
The Riley elevated water storage tank is “only 100,000 gallons” and was constructed in 1937 and has served its useful life and is no longer cost effective to maintain; “It’s not large enough, not tall enough,” city officials say.

Organizers said Warm Up Oswego 2012 was the biggest and best ever. Hundreds of people took part in activities inside and outside the Oswego YMCA Armory and all over the city as well. The event helped lift the Port City out of the winter doldrums.
