The New York State Inspector General has found that two members of the Port of Oswego Authority held their seats in violation of statutory requirements, according to a report released Monday.
Members of the OHS Class of 2008 receive their diplomas and encouraged to go out in the world and become the best they can be. They are also reminded to never forget the bonds that tie them all together.
