Oswego Resident Pleads For Relief From Parking Imbroglio
Parking is at a premium in many parts of the Port City. At Monday night’s public session prior to the Common Council meeting, Kathleen Harris, a westside city resident, said the situation in her neighborhood was getting out of hand. “We have an issue here you must address. It’s a quality of life issue,” she told the councilors. “It’s become very unpleasant to live with all the cars parked on the side of the street.”
