Instead of receiving, she was giving. The young lady went out and raised donations, which she later presented to Paws and Effect for use by Paws Across Oswego County.

Crist To Head Syracuse Diocese Schools

Former Oswego City School District Superintendent Bill Crist will take over as superintendent of the Syracuse Diocesan schools early next spring. Crist retired from his post in Oswego at the end of the last shcool year. He will begin his duties for the Syracuse Diocese in March.
