The theme for this year’s Memorial Day Salute Parade is “America, United We Stand.”
Many area individuals, organizations, businesses and industries will try to develop their interpretation of this theme in the vehicles or floats they will enter in the parade on Saturday.   The Fulton Memorial Day Salute is a two-day event that is 32 years old this year, started and carried on by the four Fulton Service Clubs.

Oswego School Board Moves Ahead With Big Picture School Lease Plan

Former Fulton Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct in Providence R.I.

According to authorities in Providence, R.I., a Fulton man is somehow involved in an assault that left a college basketball player hospitalized in critical condition. Around 2:23 a.m. on May 12, Joseph Sharkey, a Brown University basketball player was punched in the head, leaving him seriously injured. Sharkey fractured his skull on the concrete and was taken to a Rhode Island hospital. A Connecticut man was charged with the assault. Dillon James “DJ” Ingham of Fulton was charged with one count of disorderly conduct related to the incident.
