Deputies: Woman Smoked Amped In Presence of a Child

On 9/10/12 at 9:54 p.m., Janna L. Manson, 32, of 607 CR 30 Apt 4, Williamstown, was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest. She allegedly smoked Amped in the presence of a child and then held on to the steering wheel of the vehicle as patrol attempted to restrain her.
